Review and analysis of your existing portfolio
Assessment
HFS will provide a written proposal prior to any purchase that would comply with lender’s approval letter. Usually done within 48 hours after site visit.
Asset Transition
This is a new offering that is currently requested by many of my older clients. I work with your current team of attorneys and CPA for devising a comprehensive strategy for the continuing family ownership.
